There are several useful programs / tools in the Windows Assistant. The last two tabs are the Windows Assistant and Settings tabs. The fourth tab is Pre-download Drivers where users can pre-download the most up to date versions of their drivers. The third tab is Peripheral Drivers and as its name suggests, this is where drivers for peripheral accessories such as USBs and printers can be updated. They can also create system restore points, but this feature is only available in the pro version. The second is the Rescue Center where users can backup, restore, and uninstall drivers. The first tab is Driver Status where users can scan their computers to find faulty drivers, download updates, and implement the updates. The real interface has a column with several tabs at the left-hand side of the window. This interface is clean and easy to understand, but it seems it’s only available upon first booting the software. There are also three other buttons below. Once the software has been installed, the first thing users will see is a black window with a scan button at the center.
